FODCOM 32/10: Winter Operations 2010/2011: Promulgation of Runway Surface Contamination Information to Crews{Applicability: All Aeroplane Operators} The purpose of this FODCOM is to alert aeroplane operators to the guidance available for winter operations and to give them notice of the forthcoming trial of a new system for reporting runway conditions.

FODCOM 31/10: CAA Winter Break 2010/11 and Future Communications{Applicability: All AOC Holders and General Aviation Pilots} The purpose of this FODCOM is to notify AOC holders and General Aviation pilots of the CAA ‘winter break’ period between Christmas and the New Year and to inform them that new communications will replace FODCOMs from January 2011.

FODCOM 23/10: Submission of Operations Manuals to the CAA for Approval or Acceptance{Applicability: All AOC Holders} The purpose of this FODCOM is to give guidance on how Operations Manuals including Crew Notices (or equivalent) should be submitted to the CAA’s Flight Operations Inspectorate by Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) holders and applicants for an AOC.

The FODCOM also gives guidance on where relevant supporting information can be found.
