.Terms of Reference

1. Policy

There shall be a Maintenance Standing Committee, that shall be responsible for researching matters referred to them by the Operational Safety Committee.

2. Membership

The Maintenance Standing Committee is chaired by the nominated Chairman and volunteers from the main committee.

Note: Members of this Standing Committee should be those officers and members with an interest in maintenance matters. The number of members will be decided by the Maintenance Standing Committee chairman.

3. The Role of the Maintenance Standing Committee

The roll of the Maintenance Standing Committee will be to research those areas directed by the Operational Safety Committee and to produce their findings in a report.

4. Meetings and Agenda

Dates
The Maintenance Standing Committee normally meets immediately prior to the main meetings every two months.

Agenda
The Agenda for each Maintenance Standing Committee meeting will be published by the standing committee chairman.
