Eurocontrol concluded consultation on the Single European Sky Implementing Rule for Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) project in April 2010, and followed this up with a one-day SERA workshop on 3 June.  Following these activities, EUROCONTROL submitted its Final Report on SERA to the European Commission on 2 July. 

The Final Report can be seen on the Eurocontrol website at: http://www.eurocontrol.int/ses/public/standard_page/sk_sera.html and contains the following four sub-documents:

- Enclosure 1: Draft implementing rule for Standardised European Rules of the Air, version 2.0;
- Enclosure 2: Summary of Responses (SOR) for the draft implementing rule for Standardised European Rules of the Air, version 1.0.

- Enclosure 3: Justification material for the draft implementing rule for Standardised European Rules of the Air, version 2.0;

- Enclosure 4: Draft Maintenance Mechanism for Standardised European Rules of the Air, version 1.0.
