JAR-FCL sets out the requirements to be met for the issue of private, commercial and airline transport pilot licences for aeroplanes and helicopters.
JAR-FCL provides that facilities wishing to offer theoretical and/or flight training for the Private Pilot Licence (PPL) shall register with the Authority.
