This exemption is applicable only to Alpha Aviation Concept Ltd HR200 and R2000 aircraft registered in the UK. This exemption has been issued to allow maintenance organisations to accept and fit parts received from the OEM (Alpha Aviation Concept) without an EASA Form 1, but supplied with the New Zealand (CAANZ) Form 1 certificate of release.

ORS4 No. 810: Carriage of Weapons and of Munitions of War

General exemption from Article 134(2)(a)(i) of the Air Navigation Order 2009, allowing munitions of war and sporting weapons within checked baggage to be carried on an aircraft without the passenger being on board.

The purpose of this exemption is to allow certain aircraft that hold a valid national Permit to Fly with a maximum take-off mass not exceeding 1500 kg to over-fly congested areas in contravention of a standard condition currently specified on all Permits to Fly. Flight over congested areas may only be carried out in accordance with the conditions stated on the exemption. The exemption will remain in force until such time as the CAA issues replacement documents

The CAA has allowed Microlight Aeroplanes with Maximum Weight, without Pilot and Fuel, of 115 kg to operate unregulated as far as the aircraft certification requirements are concerned. These aeroplanes are however still required to hold a noise certificate per the Air Navigation (Environmental Standards for Non-EASA Aircraft) Order 2008. This Exemption is required to temporarily exempt these aeroplanes from holding a noise certificate before they have been noise tested and issued with their certificates.

ORS4 No. 786: SLMG and Microlight Aeroplane Ratings. Keeping the Ratings valid. Exemptions

These exemptions permit:
1. the holder of a UK PPL(A) to keep a microlight class rating valid in the same way as an NPPL(A) holder;
2. the holder of a UK BCPL(A), CPL(A) or ATPL(A) to keep a microlight class rating valid in the same way as a microlight aeroplane class rating issued to a UK PPL(A) holder prior to 1 February 2008.
3. the holder of a UK PPL(A), BCPL(A), CPL(A) or ATPL(A) to keep an SLMG class rating valid in the same way as a microlight aeroplane class rating issued to a UK licence holder prior to 1 February 2008

ORS4 No. 782: ORS 4 No. 782: General Exemption against paragraph 4 (1) (a) of the Air Navigation (Environmental Standards for Non-EASA Aircraft) Order 2008 for microlight aeroplanes with a maximum weight, without pilot and fuel, of 115 kg

This exemption permits holders of UK helicopter licences for which there is a JAR-FCL equivalent and of UK issued JAR-FCL helicopter licences to take advantage of the provisions of JAR-FCL 2 at Amendment 6 for the purposes of revalidating various ratings that can be included in those licences.

This exemption permits holders of UK aeroplane licences for which there is a JAR-FCL equivalent and of UK issued JAR-FCL aeroplane licences whose licences include flight instructor ratings to take advantage of a change to JAR-FCL 1 which reduces the amount of instructing experience required to meet one of the requirements that can be used to maintain flight instructor ratings.

ORS4 No. 777: Approval under a derogation authorised pursuant to Article 8(3) of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 3922/1991 in respect of OPS 1.405 Commencement and Continuation of Approach

The purpose of this document is to give approval to operators operating under an EU-OPS AOC to decide whether to continue or abandon an approach regardless of whether there exists an outer marker or equivalent position.
